I'm having trouble booking

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble booking. If you’ve booked with us before, please try logging out and then logging back in from a private or incognito window.

What’s a private or incognito window and where do I find it?

Web browsers usually save a copy of websites that you’ve visited so that they can load this quickly into your browser. The incognito or private window doesn’t save any references to the website and doesn’t refer to any that you’ve previously saved

You can find the incognito or private window by by clicking on the tiny icon in the far right hand top corner of your web browser.

Then type in our website address live.chiswickbuzz.net into the address bar at the top of the page

Then please login to our website using the username and password that you set up when you first logged in. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click the link on the login page and reset it.

How can I see the programme?

Once you’ve logged in to the website using your username and password, you’ll find your programmes by clicking the My Events menu at the top of the page. The My Events menu will only appear once you’ve logged in to the website.
